Anyer Hotels Begin Receive Alot of Reservation for New Year Holiday :: Hotel Anyer: Although the new year 2011 celebration are still long, hotel reservations in the area of Anyer Beach Banten Serang district by quite a lot of tourists.

"Our hotel room reservations, by tourists, for the activities of the new year has reached 25 percent," said General Manager of Hotel Pisita Anyer, Anyer Handomo on Sunday (11/21/2010).

The tourists who had booked the hotel mostly from Jakarta. According Handomo, they are not affected by seismic activity which occurred on Mt Anak Krakatau (GAK). The possibility of the tourists have to understand that the condition of Anyer is located very far from the volcano.

"They know Mt Anak Krakatau activity will not endanger the visitors at Anyer beach, because it wanted to spend New Year's Eve here," he said.

He hopes that within a few days next level of tourist visits to the beach Anyar will increase. No doubt, the recent decline in visits since the eruption of Mount Merapi and earthquake activity GAK.

But, Handomo optimistic ahead of new year celebration hotel bookings will be more and more. Moreover, this time the New Year falls on a Saturday.

"I believe, at the end of December 2010, all hotel rooms and resorts in Anyer already booked out tourists who want to vacation and spend the night of the new agriculture," he said.

Handomo expect support from central and local governments in the provision of facilities and infrastructure at tourist sites, especially the roads and street lighting.

"Access to this tourist area is the industrial path, the road was badly damaged, we expect the government to make improvements, so that before the new year has been a good condition," he said.
